Mr. Kahler has over 20 years experience in computers, computer programming and database management. He has experience with computer networks including the following Client‑Server and Peer-to-Peer networks: Novell, Windows for Workgroups, Windows NT, Windows95, Lantastic, OS/2, AS400 PC Support, TCPIP, SLIP and PPP. He has planned and implemented network cabling topologies such as Ethernet, Token Ring and Fiber Optics. He has worked with most brands of computer hardware and computer software. Mr. Kahler has experience with all versions of Windows, including Windows95 and Windows NT. As a Registered Microsoft Windows Developer, he has integrated Windows products on numerous Platforms. He also has extensive experience with DOS and DOS Programs, programming over four years with Microsoft’s Professional Developers System (PDS). He is also an experienced Internet Developer with HTML and ActiveX programming experience as well. As a Registered Novell Developer, Mr. Kahler is a Published Shareware Author. His program for managing Netware Print Jobs (KillJob2) was included as a part of the Novell Press CNE Study Guide. |

Freelancing as a Software Developer for various companies, Mr. Kahler has developed specialized-custom software for local vertical markets. Using a combination of Visual Basic, Access and Access Basic, OLE and OCX/VBX technology, Mr. Kahler has created programs for specialized Accounting and Legal Client Tracking. He is also using ActiveX, VBScript, and JavaScript to create WEB Enabled Applications to take advantage of the expanding World Wide Web. He has also done personal research into Assembly, Visual FoxPro, Visual C++, REXX, JAVA, PERL, and CGI languages in his ongoing search for the BEST TOOLS for the job. These days the only way to keep up is to stay ahead, so much of his free time is spent researching and building a Knowledge base.
